The Depot Conference Center

Amenities

Brice DepotThe Depot is an 1880's train depot formerly located in the village of Brice, Ohio. It was disassembled and moved to its new location on the grounds of the InfoDepot Spring of 2004. The plans were drawn up with meticulous detail and transformed this piece of history into a high-tech conference center. The tables were handcrafted by Amish artisans using various hardwood and the tapestry-seat chairs were specially designed for a functionality and complementary style.

The 1,200 sq. ft. stand-alone facility will accommodate 30-40 people for a corporate function or up to 60 for a private, more casual event. Two smaller breakout rooms are available in the InfoDepot main building and a vintage 1909 train caboose on the property is available for tours. A large outdoor deck and brick patio, which add to the secluded, park-like setting, are seasonably available for booking. The facility will accommodate half-day, full-day, evening, and weekend events. Larger events can be handled with tents - spring through fall.

ProjectorAntique tables, benches, and train memorabilia add to the unique attraction of this venue. Modern amenities include a kitchen, two private restroom facilities, and state-of-the-art AMX remote controlled audio visual equipment and wireless network with Surround Sound, wireless microphone, 3000 lumen 16:9 wide-screen projection for HDTV, DVD, VCR and computer projection. We can also furnish teleconferencing, video-conferencing, wireless communications and a laptop computer.

Flexible catering is offered through preferred vendors. Meals and snacks can be served elegantly in The Depot or in the 1951 fully restored Great Northern Ranch Dining car.
